This website is operated by Triosip Enterprises (partnership firm), Near ITI College, Batasi, P.O. Badrajote, Khoribari, Siliguri, Darjeeling, West Bengal – 734429, India. We decide how your personal data is used and are responsible for it under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Order details: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address, delivery notes and the items you order
Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email
Reviews you submit: your name, city, rating and review text
Basic technical information such as your IP address, used only for security and to prevent abuse

To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order
To contact you about your order by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email
To issue invoices and keep the records required by tax law
To publish your review (name, city and text only) after we approve it
To keep the website secure and prevent fraud

04Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as needed to serve you:

Shipping partners (Shiprocket and its courier companies): your name, phone number and delivery address
Payment partner (Cashfree Payments), when you choose to pay online: your name, phone number, email and the order amount; payment details go directly to them — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details
Our website hosting provider, which stores the data securely on our behalf
Government or law-enforcement authorities, when required by law

05Cookies and local storage

Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you return. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. A sign-in cookie is used only by our staff in the admin area.

06How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to complete your order and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Reviews stay on the site until you ask us to remove them.

07Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to process your order.

08Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to triosipenterprises@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Our products are sold to adults. If you are under 18, please order with the help of a parent or guardian.

11Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about an order or about how we handle your information, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
